At HHi Sofa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all our furniture pieces. Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned sofa, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
